Hej there,
thanks for HNL, it looks good so far, just that in the mails that people receive is the from field is empty for some reason. How can I fix that?
Thanks a lot

It is supposed to use what you entered into the "Sender Name" field. I just sent a test newsletter out and it worked for me. Which newsletter options did you choose so I can try and replicate your exact scenario.
Thanks,

I have not heard back from you. Have you resolved your issue? |

Sorry, have been on a snowboarding trip.
Well, I tried entering a name and I tried with a mail address, but in both cases the fom field stays empty.
While writing this I did send it to another mail address of mine which than opens up in Outlook rather than in my PHlyMail web mail client. And there the from field is field with the value from the Senders Name field, as it should be.
Strange, but that seems to be okay.
Cheers

LuckyMe, why not give the latest 01.03.01 release a try and let me know if that made the problem go away. I played a bit more with the mail headers and am hoping to get better email client support from them. |
