I think Floppy may have the knowledge, but he is away right now.

We have over 12000 members and i would like to send out a newsletter every now and then of new themes releases.

Can you recommend any good script or program that can do this...

I was told that HTML Newsletter wouldnt cope with large amounts of members ?

Dadamail, it is a perl script which I have used in the past and throttles sending to get around any limits which your hosting provider might impose - some host only allow you to send xx number of mails per hour etc.
