There is a small typo in RewriteRules that makes Show all in Stories Archive not to display next page:
#Stories Archive
RewriteRule ^archive-showall-([0-9]*).html modules.php?name=Stories_Archive&sa=show_all&;min=$1 [L]
should be
#Stories Archive
RewriteRule ^archive-showall-([0-9]*).html modules.php?name=Stories_Archive&sa=show_all&min=$1 [L]
The ; after & has to be removed |

Crap! You are right! Sorry about that. I am going to make this a Sticky and amend the download. It just does not warrant a new version bump... uuugghhh. |
