Fix to "Tap" the Top Module for NSN GR Downloads

The issue was raised that the Top module still had the old download links in them. I have posted a sticky on how to address that. However, to also correct your ShortLinks, here is the fix (to be included in future versions of the NSN GR Downloads ShortLinks hack).
