How to Have Page Titles Change Dynamically

How can you make your site's page titles be more dynamic? For example, if you are looking at this Sticky, you will see that it does not just say "Montego Scripts - Forums". In fact, it has the Forum title and partial text from the last post within the thread.

This is a methodology called "Dynamic Titles". It is something that is built into the upcoming RavenNuke 2.10.00 release and I have also released this separately on this site.

I have made some slight improvements to the code and slimmed it down a bit. But see the README.txt file for more details on how to install and use as well as where this came from originally.
