If I add a sponsor banner in a Fancy newsletter I can see the banner, when I view the newsletter prior to send in the web browser. But after sending the newsletter the banner does not show up at all in Thunderbird, but is a broken image in Outlook. |

This may be due to security restrictions on the mail client side.
For example Outlook 2007 will not show any images in any email until you add the sender to your 'trusted' list in the mail client.
I know Montego did look at this a while ago and made some changes - are you using the latest version? |

I am using version 01.03.01, which I think is the latest. In Thunderbird nothing is shown of the banner, but in Outlook there is a red cross, where it should be. It is possible to show the banner in the e-mail, if HTML-code is used though. |

The issue is that your banner image links in the advertising or banner module are not fully qualified. They need to have the full "http://....".

Many thanks! I changed to the fully qualified link to the banner and it's working normally now. |
