I'm pretty much new to this, but I was wondering if there was some sort of tutorial on how to create taps for modules that arent tapped. For example, coppermine. Your help would be appreciated ...

Coppermine .. now that would be a good tap. I think allot of people use the coppermine module, because i know i do.. and its a big hit on my site.
