June 5, 2005: Corrected issue with block and 3.0 patchset changes

Version 1.2 Enhancements and Fixes:

Added extensive permissions model based on who the letter was sent to.
Added NSN Groups integration.
Added newsletter categories for better newsletter organization within the block and module.
Added ability to post a newsletter to the web site for all visitors to see (i.e., no email)
Added support for Latest Reviews.
Added extensive administrative functions.
