I just wanted to make a friendly reminder to those who have downloaded and are using the HTML Newsletter module: ALL visible copyrights must remain visible! Per GPL, you are not allowed to remove those.

Additionally, if you plan on re-distributing this tool or using any of the code for other things and distributing, you MUST carry forward the script copyright comments into that code. You can certainly add your own copyrights, but you are required by GPL to retain the original copyrights as they were provided to you in the original distribution.

If you want *free*, you have to play by the rules.
