Days are getting brighter for the RavenNuke(tm) and PHP-Nuke community in terms of better SEO tools. Already, Kevin Guske of nukeSEO.com has innovated the *nuke world with his nukeSEO(tm) Sitemap and advanced meta tags editor tools, but he has taken this to the next level with his upcoming "nukeSEO (tm) DH" version where the "DH" refers to "Dynamic HEAD".
The standard nukeSEO(tm) tools - used here on this site - provided for one of the most critical elements of improving upon Search Engine page crawling and that is the Sitemap. The nukeSEO(tm) Sitemap dynamically generates links, by module, and provides those links in one of two formats: 1) the on-line Sitemap, which you can see on my site, as well as 2) the XML version that you provide to Google. In addition, this original version provided other tools for managing your robots.txt file, for analyzing your META tags (and editing them), Google Sitemap setup, Search Engine submittal and other miscellaneous tools for analyzing keywords and such. Already a "winner" of a system for the *nuke community.
Kevin's latest work of art now adds the automatic generation of Page Titles, Meta Description and Meta Keywords using the content within many of the core modules. Not only this, but the *nuke admin also has the ability to manually override any of these three HTML HEAD tag entries across any of the modules! No longer does the *nuke community have to suffer with Yahoo! Search Engine Results (SERPs) where the single standard site-wide meta description is provided as the description for EVERY page. nukeSEO(tm) will pull in the first few bytes of the page content into the description AND generate, automatically, based on certain algorithms the keywords that are most relevant from the content. He didn't stop there as if the *nuke admin doesn't like the automatically generated content on any given page, simple navigate to the page, click the "SEO" menu option from the DH menu, and edit the overrides!
Amazing stuff, so good in fact, once this is released to both the RavenNuke(tm) and PHP-Nuke community, Montego Scripts will no longer be updating the old TegoNuke(tm) Dynamic Titles project as the on-going effort, in this site owner's mind, should be applied towards this far superior toolset and continue to make it better and better for the overall *nuke community!
Thank you Kevin and the nukeSEO(tm) / RavenNuke(tm) Team for your fantastic efforts on this!
